General Responsibilities

The Registrar ensures that official records are maintained of members of the organization, the board and the committees.

They ensure that these records are available when required for reports, elections, referenda, other votes, etc.

Specific Duties

  • To maintain the register of members
  • Ensure each member has satisfied the criteria to hold the relevant membership status is the association
  • Ensure payments for membership have been received and passed to the Treasurer
  • Sign all Certificates that are sent from the association to members
