Bill 182 Radon Testing

The following is a link to Bill 182 which is in passage through the Provincial parliament.

Bill 182 – An Act to raise awareness about radon, provide for the Ontario Radon Registry and reduce radon levels in dwellings and workplaces

We believe this piece of legislation is a step forward in bringing legislation, designed to protect the general public from harmful or toxic substances, up to the standards seen elsewhere in the world.

An official letter of support has been forwarded, to the office of Reza Moridi MPP, who tabled the Bill, from OntarioACHI, on behalf of the InterNACHI Ontario home inspectors represented by us, who equate to over 53% of the Home Inspectors in Ontario.
